Natasha trained and qualified with haysmacintyre and has been a partner since 2009. She is Head of Corporate and is a member of the firm’s Management Board. Having previously led the creative, media and technology team for many years, her client portfolio is focused on businesses across those industries.
The majority of Natasha’s clients are dynamic and innovative businesses, often with significant external stakeholders. She provides her clients with a range of services and will frequently act for a company from its early stages, through to growth and international expansion, assisting during a transaction and in many cases she remains involved in the company beyond that event. She prides herself on developing long lasting client relationships, often acting as a sounding board for her clients across a range of commercial and financial issues, delivering a personal and high value service.
The services she and her team advise their clients on, over and above compliance services, include structuring for investment, share option schemes, R&D tax credits, extraction of profits, budgeting, assisting on due diligence assignments and planning for an exit.
Natasha is spearheading the firm’s Business Purpose 2030 initiative, and is also involved in a number of sponsorships and events including the Great British Entrepreneur Awards and greyhairworks!. Natasha regularly speaks at seminars and runs workshops on a broad range of topics and she regularly writes articles and contributes to publications.
As an active member of MSI Global Alliance, our worldwide alliance of legal and accounting firms, Natasha has visited many member firms worldwide to better understand their business approaches and specialisms and regularly collaborates with international MSI teams to deliver a joined-up service to clients. She also regularly presents at the MSI’s global and European conferences.
Natasha has been honoured as one of Brummell Magazine’s 30 Inspirational Women Champions of Diversity and was awarded Woman of the Year - Practice (National) at the Women in Accountancy and Finance Awards in 2020.
