Jeremy heads our Professional Institutes and Membership Bodies (PIMBs) group, which is dedicated to servicing the business and tax needs of organisations such as professional institutes, national membership organisations, trade associations, clubs and national governing bodies of sport (NGB). In addition, Jeremy has held various management positions in the firm and he is currently a non executive director of MSI Global Alliance, our international association of accountants and lawyers, and he attends the annual world and European conferences.
haysmacintyre has over 100 clients drawn from the PIMBs sector to which Jeremy and his team provide a range of audit, accounting and tax services and also more specialised consulting and advisory initiatives. As a leading figure in the PIMBs sector, Jeremy is an active supporter of PARN (the Professional Associations Research Network) and haysmacintyre are hosts to their finance special interest group and contributors to their annual benchmarking report. This initiative is complemented by his current and previous roles as a non executive director with various not for profit membership bodies. A regular speaker at sports seminars, under Jeremy’s leadership, haysmacintyre first produced the annual NGB benchmarking report, understood to be the only participatory comparative report for sports governing bodies available in the UK.
Jeremy qualified with haysmacintyre in 1990 and became a Partner in 1995.
