Talis Capital lead in the Series A fundraise for Darktrace

haysmacintyre provide advice to Talis Capital as part of the Darktrace Series A deal

Accountants and business advisers haysmacintyre supported Talis Capital through their lead role in the Series A fundraise for Darktrace, one of the world’s fastest-growing cyber threat defence companies, with participation from Invoke Capital and Hoxton Ventures.

Talis Capital is a multi-family office based in London, specialising exclusively in direct Private Equity and Venture Capital deals and have completed over $300m of transactions since 2009.
