It’s dinner . . . no need to make a meal of it

"Sharing plates are certainly a profitable way of doing things. They are quicker to prepare, people don’t have to use knives and forks by definition because it’s all finger food. So people will eat quicker. I know it sounds lazy, but there’s less to bite around. It will just speed the whole thing up."
