haysmacintyre enhances charity team with Director promotion

Top-25 firm of chartered accountants, haysmacintyre, is delighted to announce the promotion of Vikram Sandhu to Director RI in its award-winning charity and not for profit team.

Vikram joined haysmacintyre in 2019 from a mid-tier charity specialist firm, having helped build their extensive audit and internal assurance services offering. Vikram now specialises in delivering audit, assurance, and advisory services to the charity and not for profit sector.

Leveraging his experience of working with a wide range of clients, including membership and educational organisations, international charities, independent schools, and larger fundraising medical research charities, Vikram consistently provides his clients with value-added advice and compliance services through understanding their needs and helping them to achieve their strategic goals.

Additionally, Vikram presents to trustees on topics such as governance requirements and the practical application of financial reporting for charities and schools. He was also previously a member of the Education and Skills Funding Agency working group that delivered accounts direction for the academy sector under the new Statement of Recommended Practice and has completed financial modelling and forecasting work for a newly opened independent school.
