Capital expenditure almost triples in casual dining market - survey finds

Pubs, bars and restaurants in the casual dining industry opened on average two new sites in 2015, according to a new survey. The survey also found that capital expenditure per site increased from £56,000 to £164,000 in 2015 and was financed by 48% cash flow, 15% debt and 27% a mixture of debt and cash flow.
