A recipe for success: how to beat the shortage of chefs

'This month British takeaway giant Just Eat issued warnings over a shortage of curry chefs in the UK, calling on the government to review immigration rules and improve training.  With Brexit negotiations commencing amid current economic uncertainty, many are becoming increasingly concerned with attracting and retaining the best staff. We aren't yet sure what the implications of exiting the EU will be on recruitment in the hospitality industry, but the forecasts are not good. With the pool of talent seemingly drying up, how can restaurant owners recruit and keep hold of the best chefs.'
