Sometimes, these companies have been our clients for many years and we have developed the strategies that enabled them to seek a listing. Sometimes, companies come to us when they start preparing for a listing because their existing advisers do not have the resources or the expertise to help them.

Often we work with the private equity investors who ask us to undertake the specialist work involved – for example, due diligence - which is often beyond the capabilities and resources of the company’s usual accountants or because they require an objective view of things.
