Trustees and executors of complex estates frequently call upon our team for assistance in managing the accounts and administration of their trusts and estates. The level of support we can provide is flexible depending on the needs of clients – in some cases we are asked to take over the entire management to remove the burden of day to day administration and on other occasions we are asked to advise on specific strategic or operational matters.

Naturally, we will often be asked to advise on how best to structure existing and new trusts (both domestic and offshore) and estates but our advice is sought in a wide variety of areas including trustee training (where we run a successful programme of training in conjunction with leading investment managers and lawyers in the area), governance and investment strategies.
