Personal Skills Development

During your training contract you will attend a number of courses to develop your personal skills in areas such as IT, communication and presentation, in order to aid the development of your career.

As you train with haysmacintyre, you are tapping into the expertise of our highly qualified and experienced staff.  It is our principle to develop all students to achieve their targets.

You will receive regular performance appraisals with your line manager.  Every six months you will have a formal opportunity to discuss your progression with your counselling partner.  You will be assigned a mentor on your first day to ensure your career and development is fully supported.
