What is the selection process














What are the minimum entry requirements?
Candidates should be studying towards or achieved a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline along with a minimum of 24 UCAS points or 300 UCAS Tariff points from 3 A levels in one sitting, Maths A Level preferred (not including general studies)

What if I do not meet your entry requirements?
We are unable to take applications any further if they do not meet our minimum entry requirements. We have a strict criteria that we adhere to in order to be fair to all our candidates.

What are the opportunities for secondments?
Through the MSI Global Alliance we are able to offer trainees the opportunity to second to the Melbourne office for 6 months after they have completed their exams.

Do you offer placements/work experience?
We do not offer any summer placements or work experience opportunities.

What will my starting salary be?
Our salaries are competitive within the market. To ensure information is current please contact Graduate Recruitment at the time of interest.

How is the salary progressed?
Your salary will be reviewed annually. As a trainee you can expect to see pay rises as you progress towards qualification

What is my annual leave?
You are entitled to 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
