Tracey has been an audit partner within our award winning Not for Profit Unit since 2007.  As one of our lead advisers in the education sector she has specialist expertise in advising academies, voluntary aided and independent schools as well as other types of charities.   
 
In addition to providing her clients with audit and accounting assistance, she has a strong track record in financial due diligence on mergers and acquisitions. 
She is regularly asked to advise boards of trustees on governance, financial monitoring and public benefit issues. 
 
She has been invited to be a speaker at the 2011 Academies Show being hosted at the QE11 in Westminster in October.  Her other speaking commitments include co-presenting our bursar and governor training programme and our Annual Conference for Independent Schools. She also writes regularly for various sector publications.
 
On a personal note, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, reading, socialising and going to the theatre.
