Noble is a Partner of haysmacintyre and is actively involved in advising a wide range of charities, educational organisations, livery companies and trade associations on their financial management. For many clients Noble's experience of charities and his awareness of their specific needs are invaluable. His advice provides a strong foundation for clients especially during the current times of change within the sector.

Areas of specialism
Noble's professional specialisation is in the field of educational and religious charities especially Independent Schools. In addition to fulfilling all the statutory requirements of Charity Audits, he provides clients with consultancy services that are structured to meet their precise requirements. Noble regularly assists schools with strategic management decisions, offering advice and guidance on costing and fee income structures to maximise the returns of cash for reinvestment in the charity.

Sector expertise
In addition to advising many of the country's leading Independent Schools, Noble is involved with several regulatory bodies that are concerned with the charity sector including the Charity Commission and the Inland Revenue. He is also actively involved as the auditor and advisor to the Independent Schools Council (ISC) and to many of the Associations connected with the ISC, including HMC, AGBIS, GSA and SHMIS. Noble is in regular contact with the Bursars' Association (ISBA) and, together with his partners at haysmacintyre he co-ordinates both the VAT and taxation parts of the Bursars Manual.

Noble's recent consultancy assignments include advising an International School in South America about their financial structure and assisting with the reorganisation of a number of UK based charities. Noble has also carried out operational reviews for several Independent Schools.
