Neil is a partner in our tax department. His background is in direct taxation, principally in the areas of Corporation Tax and Capital Gains Tax, where he has wide experience of advising on the impact and mitigation of these taxes in the course of corporate transactions and related shareholder matters. Neil’s experience also includes aspects of International taxation, the taxation of property and property transactions, tax shelters and tax mitigation schemes.
