Natasha Frangos trained and qualified with the firm. She acts for a wide range of corporate entities and specialises in the Creative sector, heading up our Fashion Unit. She also specialises in transaction support assignments, including due diligence investigations and the preparation of financial forecasts and business plans.
Media and fashion
Natasha is working in the Creative sector, which is dedicated to serving the business and tax needs of individuals and corporate entities operating in the fields of media (television production, advertising, publishing etc), entertainment, fashion and design. Natasha has clients in varying degrees of their lifecycle and has provided high level support across a range of commercial/financial issues, delivering a personal and cost-effective service.
She is a member of the UK Fashion and Textiles Association, The Industry and was recently invited to become a member of The Sorority.
Technical
Natasha is part of the firm’s technical department. With the introduction of an increasing number of complex accounting standards clients are finding themselves in need of assistance with various accounting or financial reporting issues.
International Accounting Standards
Natasha has advised clients on the implications of adopting International Accounting Standards and in establishing the firm’s expertise of intangible asset valuations required by IFRS 3.
Interests
In her spare time Natasha practices yoga. Other interests include fashion and restaurants.
