David has been advising schools and other charities for twenty years. He joined the partnership after obtaining an MBA from Cranfield.
David provides audit and accounting support services as well specifically tailored financial consultancy services, ranging from business planning exercises and financial viability studies to advising on governance and public benefit issues. David has recently carried out several due diligence assignments for schools restructuring and merging.
David is governor of an independent school and treasurer of a medical relief charity. As a consequence of his commitment to the charity sector, David is often asked to write articles for publications and speak at conferences.
