Charity Finance magazine published the results of its annual audit survey today and we are pleased to announce that haysmacintyre has been voted “best overall service 2011”. These results strengthen the Charities and Not for Profit Unit’s position as a leading adviser to the sector.
Charity Finance Magazine 2011’s audit survey, an annual review which assesses the satisfaction with charity audit services, compiles data from over 800 charities. Respondents are asked to rate their auditors on a range of topics including overall service and charity expertise.
This year haysmacintyre received the highest number of responses out of all the 40+ firms participating, with 87 clients completing the survey. The team achieved over 96% in every measure of the satisfaction survey ratings. In brief the results were as follows:
- 99% said our charity expertise was good
- 99% said our commitment to the voluntary sector was good
- 96% said our overall service was good
