On Tuesday 27th September 2011 we will be hosting a round table lunch at our offices with Paul Williams and Thish de Zoysa from MCR, corporate restructuring specialists, to discuss corporate restructuring and the opportunities available when buying from an administrator.

Paul and Thish will outline the process of buying from an administrator and reveal some of the “tricks of the trade” which enable a prospective purchaser to get noticed and conclude a purchase contract, whether of assets or of a company. The lunch will commence at 12.30pm at the haysmacintyre office.
 
This will be an interactive session with the option to ask questions which will be of value to your business.
