Bernadette King

Bernadette advises a wide range of clients and over the years that she has been with the firm she has worked with clients from many sectors. Her clients are all in the corporate arena and many are owner managed businesses and growing companies across sectors such as property, manufacturing, marketing and recruitment.

A significant number of Bernadette’s clients are companies or LLP’s regulated by the Financial Services Authority. She has been working with regulated clients for ten years. Many of them are fund managers but she also acts for a number of corporate finance advisors, market analysers and intermediary brokers. She is a member of the ICAEW’s FSA Faculty.

Bernie Watson

Bernie Watson

Bernie joined Hays Allan in 1972, becoming a partner in 1985 and was managing partner for a number of years. He oversaw the merger with MacIntyre & Co in January 2001 when the present firm was formed. During his career, Bernie has worked with small and medium businesses in many industry sectors – particularly manufacturing and media - on a wide range of audit and tax issues and specialised in not for profit organisations and professional practices.

David Cox

David Cox

David trained and qualified with the Firm and was appointed partner in April 2006. He acts for a wide range of corporate entities and specialises in advising listed clients. His clients are from a broad range of sectors including real estate, motor dealers, manufacturing, and media. David specialises in valuations, financial due diligence investigations and the preparation of financial forecasts/business plans.
